The Comets announced today that they have signed WNBA veteran guard Mwadi Mabika to a one year contract.
Mabika has been playing in the WNBA for 11 years, all for the same team, the Los Angles Sparks. Over her WNBA career, Mabika has averaged 10.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists.

The expansion draft results for the Atlanta Dream are in and for the Comets, guard, Roneeka Hodges has been chosen.
Hodges was then traded along with the 4th draft pick to Seattle for the 8th overall draft pick and veteran guard Iziane Castro Marques.
